MUTARAMBIRWA Rossman, 29 years old – Rwanda: Master Cheese maker in France

My name is Rossman Mutarambirwa, graduated student of the master food identity in 2015; I come from Rwanda. At the end of my studies, I was hired as a master-cheesemaker at « La Fromagerie Bio du Maine » in France where I have been working for two years. Thanks to the skills developed during the Master program, I intend to be promoted as a Production Manager. I greatly thank the Food ID Consortium and Erasmus Mundus for this opportunity.
